The American Chemical Society is seeking applications for the 2027–32 Herman Frasch Fund for Chemical Research grants in agricultural chemistry. Principle investigators can submit their application between Oct. 1 and Nov. 5. These grants, which are awarded every 5 years, support innovative research in agricultural chemistry that has the potential to provide practical benefits to US agricultural development. ACS provides administrative support for the program on behalf of the Frasch trustee, Bank of America.
Eligible applicants are tenured or tenure-track faculty members within the first 7 years of their first academic appointment. The ACS Committee on Frasch Foundation Grants expects to recommend approximately eight new awards, each providing $50,000 annually for 5 years. New grants will begin on July 1, 2027.
